I am a teacher, journalist, broadcaster, therapist, actor/producer/director and playwright. I have also held management positions and currently run my theatre company.I have qualifications in Employment Law, HR, Conflict Resolution, Team Leadership, Crisis Management, Health and Safety and various mental health qualifications (double post-grad and others as well)I am a Master Practitioner of the WRAW model of workplace wellbeing and resilience, and an MHFA England and SJA Approved MHFA Instructor. I am an Associate Tutor at the National Centre for Suicide Prevention, Education and Training. I have my own small therapy practice.
