• Administer and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, printers, iPhones and other IT equipment.• Provide guidance and mentorship to new and existing staff to promote efficient communication and remediation for the employees we support.• Occasionally assist with server patch management overnight or on weekends as needed to prevent service interruptions for users. • Assist users with hardware or software issues in person or remotely via Microsoft Teams, Quick Assist, BMC Helix or Microsoft Configuration Manager.• Prepare/image laptops and desktops for new hires and install necessary software per principal request. • Prepare/image replacement laptops or desktops for users as needed. Tasks included updating, installing software and creating user’s local profile to minimize user downtime.• Encouraged users to practice good habits to maintain their devices running efficiently, such as restarting their devices often, cleaning up old unused data, installing missing updates and allowing us windows of time to update any outdated device drivers. • Familiarize employees with proper equipment use adherence to corporate standards and guidelines.
