Including, -OS repair (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, Mac OS)-System Restores -Full OSRI >Creating Recovery media /re-installing windows-Clearing Failed Updates -Fixing Failed Start Ups -Resolving Stop codes-Virus Removal -PC/Mac Tune-Ups -Software Troubleshooting /Configuration >Either provided by the company or any 3rd party software-browser issues -Printers setup and troubleshooting-Network Configuration-smart phone /tablet troubleshooting-as well as helping with any other devices that connect to the internet.

Provide customer and personnel assistance.Handle cash intake, inventory control, and light maintenance. Train new employees on using cash registers and other work related machines. Give response to inquiries by telephone. Maintain clean and safe working environment. Provide excellent customer serviceGive full attention to customers by greeting them in a friendly manner. Solve customer's problems by either directing them myself or giving them the means to do it themselves Help to increase sales in higher profit by advising customers on bulk alternatives to name brand items. Provide network administration, including LAN troubleshooting and resolution.Support end-users with computer, network systems, and peripheral devices.Manage the configuration and performance management of all PC systems and telecommunications.Maintain passwords and file system security via group policies and Windows 2003 & 2008 Active Directory Recommend hardware and software solutions and upgrades using established procurement processes.Assist in the installation and updating of software, as well as the setup and troubleshooting of all equipment.Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot PC's and related hardware on OS platforms Windows XP, Vista, 7, LinuxResolve Windows and Internet Explorer issues on desktop and laptop Provide first level support to Information Technology ServicesEnterprise Email End-User administration
