After over 30 years as an M&A lawyer and many years as equity partner at Blake Morgan, head of the firm’s corporate division and main board member, I retired from those positions in 2022 to pursue other opportunities. I now hold several non-executive director and legal consultancy roles including at Shaw healthcare (Group) Limited and Bluecap Resources Limited and am a consultant to South Wales law firm Peter Lynn & Partners. I particularly enjoy putting my experience and expertise to use helping growing businesses and their owners to move to the next stage of their development either in an advisory capacity or as a non-executive board member.
