Attending to tickets / queries received into the respective queues via the system relating to 5G collections.• These collections will be for 5G services cancelled by customers, for incorrect deliveries of 5G CPE devices, for duplicate orders resulting in multiple devices been delivered, etc. Basically any collection required for all rain 5G CPE devices.• Validating the collection request via the respective systems to ensure an exceptional customer experience.• Once done ensuring the collection is initiated via the respective courier partners.• All customer communication to be done via the system, email or telephone.• All internal and external stakeholder communication to be done via email, telephone, social media, etc.• After the collection is logged the consultant must communicate appropriately with the customer.• Time frames, dates and all critical information must be relayed back to the customer to ensure a swift and successful collection of the 5G CPE device.• Follow ups must be done throughout the period of the pending collection, this is in aid of preventing an unsuccessful collection of the 5G CPE device.• In the event of an unsuccessful collection the consultant must engage with the customer as well as the courier partners to ensure that the 5G CPE is collected.• The reasons behind the unsuccessful collections must be disclosed with the line manager for this may result in financial losses to rain.• Upon the successful collection of the 5G CPE device the consultant must close of the customers query.• If there any outstanding queries by the customer, the consultant must attend to them or seek assistance from the necessary department.• Once done final communication with the customer must be done either via telephone or email
