I most recently directed the operations of six primary care centers across a two-state network. This involved leading a team of five practice managers, controlling a large operating budget, and advancing network-wide strategic planning efforts. In this capacity, I also developed standardized operations plans across all six practices to boost efficacy and efficiency and collaborated with the Network Executive to set and guide strategy. I also served as the face of the hospital in a partnership with UNC-Pembroke while simultaneously representing the Scotland Community Health Clinic on a network-wide patient experience initiative.
