Benefits Program Screener
Current- Position serves as the initial point of contact for the clients seeking benefits and/or services. Duties understanding and explain basic benefit program information, making appropriate referrals, assisting clients with.
- Analyzes needs and coordinates resources that will support families/clients
- Serves as point of contact for clients
- Assists clients with completing applications and performs initial screening of applications
- Assesses and makes appropriate referrals to internal and external resources as needed
- Researches a variety of databases (including local and state agencies' databases) to obtain and/or verify information needed to process applications. Attaches information to applications for documentation purposes
