The CBS Manger supports the global implementation of the Colfax Business System throughout the Colfax value stream (including all Colfax Business Units, their suppliers, and their customers). The CBS Manager develops and conducts global CBS training materials and classes and assists with continuous development of the local CBS facilitators.

Led a 30 person organization with global responsibility for productivity savings and business performance improvement initiatives at ITT Residential & Commercial Water, a $1.2B value center with 9 major manufacturing sites in the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Drove the execution, education and cultural acceptance of Lean and Six Sigma within the value center with supervisory responsibility over two Regional Champions, three Master Black Belts, and 24 Black Belts. Worked with GMs, functional leaders and operations directors within R&CW to deliver responsive support for kaizen, project and Lean Six Sigma needs.

Identified and scoped project and kaizen opportunities, developed project plans and business cases, led project and kaizen teams and tracked results. Led the Red Jacket focus factory in Auburn, NY consisting of 26 bargaining unit and 3 salaried employees shipping $30M in product annually. Directed and coordinated all production activity to include management of all inventories, production planning, product quality, continuous improvement, and personnel management. Ensured compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA standards. Interfaced with plant management, marketing, sales and customers on product and manufacturing issues.
