Responsible for coordinating complex multi‐departmental projects achieving milestones set by product owners and Executive Leadership.     • Use Agile methodology to foster an iterative approach in order to meet all requirements set by multiple business owners• Facilitate collaborative environment that makes use of scrum and sprint planning• Work with various vendors to provide statements of work that clearly define the scope along with assisting the team with budget management  • Create and maintain impact calendar in order to understand resource needs and constraints

Responsible for vision and direction of AAA’s travel product line which delivers unique experiences and enhanced Member benefits. Deliver annual revenue targets of $2-3 million through marketing and delivery of these products through a network of branch and call center Travel Agents. • Oversee all operational aspects of product delivery and development, including IT needs, quality control, training and pricing/margins• Manage marketing projects to stimulate sales to meet and exceed sales targets• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Human Resources to develop and implement training for sales team• Provide direction for budgeting and expenses for Travel Product Development along with assisting in monthly financial reporting for the business line• Support local branch events by developing and delivering sales presentations that focus on promoting travel products• Manage vendor partnerships including contract negotiations• Collaborate with Finance partners to report monthly results and maintain a balanced budget

Provide product expertise and analysis to support AAA Travel business. Support sales teams with application use and by developing and maintaining policy and procedural documents. • Provide analysis for the Air Desk and collaborate on goal setting and process improvements • Assist with various Travel Technology applications including testing, rollout and support • Support Corporate Travel application • Support Travel Agents with procedural/technical questions stemming from travel applications • Supervise the Mexico Insurance product including balancing, technology, training and procedures • Conduct training for various travel products/processes

Provide direction and vision for select departments within the church. Develop people to use their talents.• Oversee/Lead Music, Children and Youth departments including budgeting and planning• Work with departments on financials including fund raising efforts and projects• Coach/mentor volunteer leaders• Assist Senior Pastor with overall vision for the church
