Primary role is to be the lead technical resource to work collaboratively with a counterpart assigned by the customer. Responsible for coordinating testing activities and go live processes with both internal and external parties as agreed upon per project scope and customer Statement of Work.• Requirements Development. Assists in the analysis of customer technical requirements for initial integration and ERP migration projects, build ERP specific integration points within internal systems, establish connectivity with customer ERP and ensure validity of data that will be routed through the GHX Exchange.• Solution Design. Recommends technical solutions to meet customer integration requirements. Where standard solutions do not meet customer requirements or pose significant risks, develops and recommend alternative customer integration solutions. Provides direction for overall document flow from end-customer to end-customer.• Build Connections. Develops ERP specific solutions using GHX and third-party applications and tools to perform the required interfacing functions.• Creates test plans to drive customers to meet GHX requirements and sufficiently reduce post go live support risks. Drives execution of test plan with customer, including validation of results of GHX Services applied. Assists in validation of implementations after Go Live.• Communicates directly with customer technical resources or managers, as required, to coordinate and complete project tasks.• Documentation. Provides documentation deliverables as required for each of the key project tasks above including Salesforce and/or Jira cases, requirements documents, workflow diagram, post-support recap, step by step training guides and internal FAQ guides.• Hand-off to Support. Provides technical documentation, knowledge transfer, assists in definition of SLAs, etc., as required, to transition customer to GHX support.

Performs best practice requirements engineering, testing, and all facets of system developments life cycle and software development project management activities. Writes system specifications and performs testing, in accordance with company guidelines, client needs and legislative requirements.• Conduct best practice requirements engineering steps, including elicitation, analysis, solution implementation, negotiation, and documentation.• Formulate and document approximately one test plan and fifteen test cases per month. Test programming changes due to bug fixes, enhancements, development, and version upgrades. Collaborate with programmers to drive quality output. • Conduct and document testing activities including, but not limited to, functional testing, regression testing, usability testing, and performance testing. • Analyze approximately two data files per day, file formats and problems related to client conversions and implementations, to and from fifty one trading partners. • Analyze the impact of compliance and regulation changes to existing programs and data file interfaces.• Write detailed design specifications for data conversions; coordinate and monitor data interfaces with trading partners, vendors and clients.• Own business-as-usual (BAU) ticket items from triage to resolution. Under the guidance of the Senior Director, provides for the utilization of resources to deliver quality intake services to patients and to contribute to the achievement of the organizations financial objectives. Primarily responsible for the direct oversight of the day to day operations of the Patient Access Department and its staff of 31, supporting the registration activities of inpatient, outpatient and emergency department patients, financial counseling, scheduling and all revenue functions. • Ensure that all policies, procedures, job descriptions, reports and other documentation are properly followed. • Manage ongoing training programs for staff development. • Maintain work standards, KPI's and productivity for all activities under the Managers control. • Communicate regularly and effectively with subordinates and superiors regarding the status of the business operation. • Responsible for budget reconciliation.

Lead and support efforts to extract and analyze complex financial/operational data sets, including proactive determination of root cause drivers of significant variance.
