Led operations and finance for MagicSTAR, a start-up workforce solutions firm focused on recruitment and retention. We matched career seekers with employer positions through a unique approach: analyzing behavior attributes to determine areas of fulfillment for individuals. Our goal was to identify and recruit candidates who possessed not only skills and experience, but also appreciation and satisfaction with the roles and tasks of particular positions. These candidates were more likely to be successful and productive workers over the long term.
