Program Analyst in the Capabilites and Requirements Directorate EUCOM

• Served as In-Country Program Manager of the US/Israeli joint missile program, with over five hundred million in Foreign Military Funding and one billion dollars in supplemental funding• Coordinated logistics for the movement of furniture and IT equipment from stateside locations to the U.S. Embassy Annex• Liaison to the U.S. Embassy Israel, meeting with Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy Management and U.S. Ambassador to provide timely updates and status of all U.S./Israeli Missile Defense events• Directed planning for and conducted Congressional and Presidential visits to Israeli military sites throughout Israel

• Managed a diverse workforce, consisting of carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, power generation and construction personnel and one dining facility servicing over 1000 customers daily• Executed anticipatory contractual support by assessing requirements and implementing actions to support surge in support requirements• Directed planning and execution of all LOGCAP services in support of U.S. and Honduran forces at Soto Cano Airbase, Honduras• Coordinated new construction projects, renovations and cost estimates to support USAG requirements • Project lead for future military unit stationing projects and programs, providing insight from vast experience managing US and International sites worldwide
