CurrentColson Winterstein LLP is an offshoot of the firm that was formerly known as Teplitsky, Colson LLP. Our practice is focused on the resolution of employment-related issues for clients at the C-Suite level with particular attention to those who are employed in the financial services sector and have legally complex compensation arrangements. Our legal team collectively brings over 70 years of legal experience to the table. We act almost exclusively for employees whose employment has come to an end and who retain us to maximize the financial return of the termination through a thorough understanding of the factual background, the client's unique goals and objectives, and our extensive knowledge of the law and of the employers who we are acting against.
