We are pioneers in employment law. Our founding partner, Robert Colson, changed the employment law landscape twenty-five years ago when he won the largest constructive dismissal award ever made historically in Canada in Schumacher v. Toronto Dominion Bank. Since then, we have continued to achieve extraordinary results for clients both in and out of the courtroom and our practice has continued to grow almost exclusively as a result of referrals from very satisfied former clients. In total, over the past 25 years we have acted as counsel in more than 4,600 employment files.
