Revenue Growth Manager
CurrentSince beginning in this newly created team withing Edrington UK in April 2018 I have worked on many projects. Gross to Net – Reestablishing uniformed pricing across the company for each product to enable comparative ROI analysis between customers and sectors. Triple Net Floor Pricing – Initiated and maintained formal minimum pricing by Sector for each product. Monthly reporting and monitoring for any outlying customers. Challenging the outliers to increase pricing or after consideration of risk granting exemptions for strategic business reasons. Trade Terms and Conditions – introduced performance based discounts in our Cash and Carry and Wholesale customers. Supported the initial process led by external consultants before taking the lead in the project to refresh the model three years later to align to updated Edrington UK Strategy. Owned the monitoring of each customers performance process, challenging customers for noncompliance.Annual Cost Price increase – After conducting Market Condition based analysis compiled recommendations to be signed off from our Executive team. In addition, to producing proposals I have overseen the system updates to minimise customer pricing claims post implementation This involves checking thousands of customer and sku combinations. I have led recent minimum unit pricing for Customers in Scotland and supported EU Bourbon Tariff work. These have required me to develop my interpersonal skills to effectively work with all departments and levels of the business. From liaising with Finance and Sales Colleagues on specific account challenges to summarising and presenting project proposals to the Executive team for their approval. I am highly proficient in using Excel to manipulate large data sets from our current Finance Systems (SAP, Hyperion, Vistex) to produce financial models that analyse current market conditions before presenting recommendations on how to proceed that provides a “win win” for Edrington UK and its customers.
