Conducted meetings and training seminars for all volunteer coaches using the Positive Youth Sport Coaching Philosophy supported by the National Alliance of Youth Sports. Coordinated several local, regional, and national tournaments with participation ranging from 20 teams to 90+ teams. Administered multiple competitive teams including the Mavericks and Fusion programs. Selected and trained coaches, developed try-out standards, conducted try-outs, maintained effective documentation to justify results, kept results true to the standards, scheduled competitive tournaments to develop teams and athletes, introduced weekly communication forums with coaches, developed new methods for the handling of finances for the programs, developed new methods for fundraising that increased revenue for the teams, found and secured practice facilities for teams during the conditioning season, and supported coaches and athletes.Ran the Home School Physical Education program for several years, providing P.E. credits to students that were not in the public school system.Effectively used a defibrillator and conducted CPR in a crisis situation.
