Helping the community manage development growth by reviewing development plans, subdivision plats, amending the local zoning codes and by working with area developers and builders, to ensure the city grows in a logical and safe manner, and by providing a family friendly and economically strong environment. Specifically, I perform site plan and subdivision plat review for commercial and residential projects, in addition to drafting text amendments regarding the development code and zoning regulations. I write and present staff reports for the planning commission and city council. I maintain all project and development plans, including project case files.
