Offering training and resources to international ministry organizations to enable them to implement biblical practices that enhance impact and efficiency in providing for the spiritual needs of people in their context and culture.

Cultivating partnerships that result in effective and efficient ministry that reaches unreached villages with the gospel through indigenous Christian workers, churches and mission organizations. This involves advocacy for the nearly 1 million villages that have no local churches. It includes finding funding sources to meet mobilization, training and rioture needs for ministry partners in 20 countries of the world as well as curriculum development for church planters, evangelists and disciplemakers.

Oversaw ministry programs in the 8 countries of SE Asia involving evangelism, discipleship and church planting efforts as well as coordinating scripture availability for churches and new believers in more than 20 languages. Was involved in the International Forum of Bible Agencies in Southeast Asia.

Language acquisition in 2 regional dialects and the national language of Tagalog, developed evangelism and church growth strategies for the Nazarene Churches, provided leadership in developing literature and communications ministries and served on the board of Philippine bible colleges and a regional seminary.
