My career has come to that "full circle moment". My first role at Canada Life came as a result of a coop placement. Now, I help recruit the next generation of talent through coops and internships.Over my career, I love that I have had the opportunity to work with great people to help them grow. Two years ago, I made a jump into the Talent Acquisition space and more specifically into the emerging talent portfolio. I am an experienced trainer, researcher, and educator within the financial services sector and have been able to use this experience in my new space. I have had the opportunity to help support the growth and development of employees across Canada through eLearning development and adoption, supporting the implementation of performance management processes, and delivering strong, effective facilitated experiences. As a volunteer, I have help develop and delivered training programs for a variety of organizations and agencies. Speaker at association and vendor-specific conferences on the topics of emerging talent, e-Learning and special library topics.Part-time university lecturer on the management and operation of government and corporate libraries.*all opinions are my own
