During this period the region has grown through acquisitions as follows: 1,000 to 2,600 employees; $637m to $1.5bn turnover; 6 to 15 countries• Managing and improving the annual performance management process• Introduction of flexible benefits across the UK business• Rebrokering all employee benefits enabling cost savings and improving employees’ understanding of their overall reward package • Telecity acquisition: Leading the reward integration project across 13 former Telecity countries. Determining the cost implications and issues associated with reward changes on employee engagement. Successfully costed both legacy Telecity rewards to determine costs for Equinix reward integration. This involved grading all legacy Telecity roles to Equinix grades, harmonising pay, bonus plans and benefits, plus the rollout out of the Equinix RSU programme across Telecity.
