Serving as a Senior Program Manager with Moog, I currently manage the KC-46 Tanker Boom Actuation system design, development and qualification program with Boeing. My responsibilities include direct customer interface, performance to schedule, risk mitigation and product quality.As a Manager for Moog's military sustainment sector, my primary responsibilities were to maximize military aftermarket sales growth and profitability. My duties on the C-5M Program. I led the teams that helped modernize the slat and spoiler systems. I co-chaired DLA/Moog Joint Steering Group that worked strategic initiatives including collaborative forecasting, corporate contracting, lead time reduction and reliability and obsolescence management. As a Program Manager with Moog, I was responsible for number of development and aftermarket R&O programs including F-14 flight controls.I managed the System Design and Development (SDD) phase of the C-5 Leading Edge Slat System RERP Program with Lockheed Martin. I led the proposal preparation effort and negotiated the statement of work that developed, qualified and implemented a number of product improvements to reliability and maintainability.As a Senior Contract Administrator with Moog, I directed all aspects of contract compliance including delivery, quality, scope changes and follow-on orders for the F-16 LEFAS contract with Lockheed Martin. As a Business Administrator with AlliedSignal Aerospace, I significantly improved customer satisfaction on the Lockheed Martin F-16 Program by providing a single customer point of contact on multiple purchase orders including actuation, power systems and heat transfer. Excellent project management planning skills utilizing WBS, schedule preparation and maintenance, earned value performance measurement and risk management.Extensive direct customer interface experience including proposal presentation, program and design reviews, contract terms, conditions and pricing negotiations.
