I have spent my career in small business mostly on the operations side of things but with some sales. Done most everything from line supervisor to business owner.I am one of those people who knows enough to be dangerous in a lot of fields, metal fabrication and machining, printing, injection molding, vacuum forming, silk screening and digital printing.I still love to build equipment but engineering information flows through a company is also interesting. I believe that it is the employee's job to do a good job and management's job to see that the employee has the tools to do so. If the first is not happening odds are the second is not either.I would like to teach some more and perhaps find a business where I can help help part time.Specialties: Machine design and automation. Systems design and implementation. Came to Real Estate through investing in it myself. Just can not seem to stay "retired".
