The Director of Home Services develops and provides a relationship service for clients that addresses maintenance and updating of major building systems, including hydronic heating, lighting controllers, security and building envelope. This relationship keeps the Home Service department "Top of Mind" resulting in a customized homeowner/contractor experience that ensures the clients home performance meets their expectation. In addition to the ongoing maintenance services, responsibility's include developing leads for small projects, estimating, value engineering, contract control, budgeting,management of Plath personal, management of subcontractors and client and design team coordination.

Danziger Builder specialized in residential remodeling. Our primary focus was on kitchen and baths. Robert Danziger was trained in all phases of woodworking by Austrian Master Craftsman Aluois Falb. Robert had started building house from the ground up by the age of 16,

Good Hope Botanicals is a wholesale herb, spice and essential oil company. Started from scratch by Robert in 1993 Good Hope Botanicals went on to become a muli-million dollar wholesaler of raw materials in the natural products industry. In 2001 Robert sold his share of the company.

Robert moved from Connecticut to California. As a skilled carpenter/craftsman Robert worked with only the finest construction companies on the west coast.
