Received and provided necessary response to emergency and non-emergency requests via phone and electronic communication. Utilized a law enforcement radio network to dispatch police officers. Communicated with other law enforcement and emergency service agencies to share information and coordinate assistance. Researched information through state and national criminal justice information systems, social media, and public data to assist in investigations. Organized data from these sources into master records in Department’s records management system. Maintained records of calls for service and police activities. Trained employees on law enforcement communications procedures and Department policy. Created and maintained reference and training materials using Microsoft Office.

Managed evidence and case information in department’s record management system. Analyzed over one thousand cases and documented court referrals, offender information, and case status. Evaluated information to identify pieces of evidence that were eligible for release or destruction.

Worked with a team to receive, sort, and distribute parcels and mail. Operated University vehicles to deliver parcels and mail. Facilitated cash sales of postage and shipping supplies. Provided customer service in person and over the phone.
