PTSC (7 months): for the Vietnamese SWPOC project (Note: SWPOC = South-West Pipeline Operating Company) Identified substantial enhancements to the proposed FEED documents and significant cost savings (US $50 Mill.), for the upcoming EPC scope of work. This project included approx. 430Km of offshore and onshore / inshore pipelines. (Note: PTSC were the PetroVietnam subsidiary contracting the work). PETROGENIC: (4 months) – Project Management Consultant to Hong Kong Government for a proposed offshore Wind Farm in 25-40 ft. water depth. Scope included: Drilled Foundation Design; Project Capex Estimates; Project Development Strategy; Implementation Schedule. EWOGGS Nigeria (5 months): Consultant for execution of the 2 x 550-kilometer pipelines as part of Nigeria’s East-West Offshore Gas Gathering System. Also evaluation of restarting previously shut-in offshore production facilities.
