Experienced chartered accountant with about 20 years’ experience in several accounting, financial management , and business/project development roles in the energy and mining/mining services sectors, incorporating responsibility for raising of finance for corporate and project financing, project development and business analysis, financial reporting, financial management, compliance and business operations. My experience builds up from a big audit firm experience through to a finance executive and a board member. I have gained extensive knowledge of both the regulated and deregulated segments of the energy sector and associated sector issues in Ghana and in other African countries. I have also built good corporate experience to complement my various site and operations experiences. I have extensive board level experience and have operated at senior executive levels, as well as managing interests of major stakeholders in the energy and mining sectors. I have worked in different multicultural environments both within and outside of Ghana which has inculcated in me a results oriented culture.
