CurrentOwn and manage multiple properties including single family homes, condominiums, and several multi-family properties exceeding $6M in market value. Perform the role of property manager, including some light maintenance. Major repairs and renovations or those requiring a licensed professional, or specialized knowledge, are contracted out. In addition to operating and managing the properties, we also secure the capital necessary to finance the purchase of the properties. I have no formal real estate or property management experience, nor any formal investment education, nor have I completed any of the classes here on LinkedIn. Instead, I'm self made and took calculated risks to grow my my business. I'm not looking for work, but am here to let others know that even without the fancy headlines, without the LinkedIn classes, and no Lean Six or any of that needless crap, success is possible through shrewd investment and by taking calculated risks and being creative. Also, please remember that success isn't determined solely by your title or income; wealth is the real measure of success, because it's wealth that will allow one to "retire" at some point. If you don't accumulate wealth, then once you leave your high paying job it will be hard to maintain that same standard of living. For most people there greatest accumulator of wealth is their home.
