• Preparation of Material Submittal Document, Installation Method of Statement, Detail Installation, System Interface.
• Coordination with all sub-contractor starting from all the documents required for approval (Method Statement, Material Submittals, Drawings, Calculation. Etc. )
• Facilitate the Coordination meeting between Sub-Contractors regarding system interface and system requirements.
• Monitor the progress of completion at site and to assist the construction team in all ELV system requirement.

Amman Jordan

• DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for checking and approving all for Construction Shop Drawings of FAS, PiACS, SCS, CCTV, DNE, PAS, FIDS, MCS, TVoIP, ToIP with respect to a set standard specifications being agreed and implemented in Queen.
• Responsible for checking and reviewing Detailed Functional Design Document, Material Submittal Document, Installation Method of Statement of all SAS/ELV system prior to ADPi Senior Engineer approval.
• Responsible for checking and approving all SAS/ELV Material Inspection Request (MIR) prior installation on site.Responsible for checking and approving all SAS/ELV Inspection Requests (IR).
• Monitoring the progress of completion (Cable pulling, Device Installation and Device Testing and Commissioning) of QAIA Project.Providing list of snags in all Technical Rooms
• Issuing Corrective Action in all non-conformance activity on the site (Improper containment installation, improper way of cable pulling, device installation) with respect to set standard procedures and Specifications.

• DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for all aspects related to project quality assurance and control.
• Implement a quality management and control program for the project
• Preparing Installation Method of Statement, Inspection Test Plan,Check List and Any other procedures and Document in coordination with QMS.
• Review Material Submittal and Drawings
• Maintain Records /Registry of all Work Inspection, Material Inspection, NCR & Calibration.

Dubai

• DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparing Weekly Site Progress Report to be Submitted to the Main Contractor Planning Dept.
• Preparing Monthly Billing of the whole MEP Services. Including the work progress & materials
• Preparing Materials Submittal of all Proposed Materials to be used at the site for MEP Services.
• Preparing Installation method statement
• Responsible for all aspects related to project quality assurance and control

• DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To ensure that the materials and installation comply with specified requirements as per method statement and approved by the consultant.
• Conduct progressive inspection of all on going works / installations (EL /SAS/ELV ) discipline at site (Fire Alarm, BMS, SACS, CCTV,PAS, etc )
• Prepare QA/QC Weekly & Monthly Report,
• Prepare IR’s for 1st and 2nd fix’s with complete attachment if the system installation is possible to be rise or submitted to the consultant
• Review all document and other attachment for the IR’s

• DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Over all in charge of the project Starting from Survey/Technical Inspection,Design,Bill of materials /Quantity, Project implementation,Installation, project monitoring,commissioning,up to Project turn over to the client
• Coordinates with client regarding cable application and conducts technical survey for a possible cable routing, and to generate the Bill of Materials (BOM) for Cable internet, Fiber, and SDSL
• Dispatches engineers who will conduct the technical survey to the client applied location.
• Monitors the daily performance of each engineer on the team, regarding the outcome of the daily survey and check the design and Bill of Materials to ensure the quality of services provided to the clients.
• Ensuring that all the standard procedure and parameter are meet and implemented.
