My passion is to ensure that every customer receives the best possible service and product, whether it is a fine dining experience, a certified pre-owned vehicle, or a luxury sports car. I currently work at Wallenius Wilhelmsen, a global leader in ocean transportation and logistics solutions, where I manage the quality and processing of exotic vehicles for prestigious brands such as Aston Martin, Lotus, and McLaren.In my dual roles at Wallenius Wilhelmsen, I direct and train a team of quality and rework specialists who service, inspect, and repair vehicles to meet the highest standards of excellence and safety. I also coordinate with the manufacturers and dealers to prioritize and schedule the vehicles to meet wholesale targets and customer expectations. I have created new revenue streams by offering new port processing services, such as cosmetic and mechanical enhancements, for Aston Martin and Lotus. I have also contributed to the successful launch of the 2020 model of the Aston Martin DBX, the first SUV from the iconic brand, by creating and implementing processes to complete service campaigns, quality audits, polishing, and packaging. Additionally, I have provided feedback directly to the factory concerning initial quality issues, resulting in improved build quality and customer satisfaction.
