One of my main goals are to serves my current and prospective customers by offering them products, services and techniques to meet their own specific needs. For instance;Customers often ask me for a ways to lower their yearly custodial supplies budget. I sit down with the customer and review 3-5 plans of actions (POA). After reviewing the POA's, I like to provide samples of products to my customers, so they can see how our execution is saving them money, and to ensure the system is meeting and exceeding there standards. In many cases our customers would like a way to enhance the look of their facility. Dobmeier's carries over 40 lines of floor mats, cleaning chemicals, paper products, foodservice goods and equipment. I would form the POA and provide demonstration units, and samples to fit the look of customers need.
