Responsible for managing the Procurement process for a number of high value, prestigious and technical projects including:£75M, The Atrium, Camberley, Residential, Commercial and Leisure Development £154M, Office Development, Canary Wharf - 30 storey office development£105M, Arora Hotel, Terminal 5, Heathrow£150M, Data Centre, Wakefield £64M Data Centre, Basingstoke £70M Data Centre, Welwyn Garden City £54M Data Centre, Slough £70M Data Centre, Slough T2A, Heathrow, £850M new terminal. Responsibility of and management of all Procurement stages, package breakdown, invitation to tender, analysis of returns (commercial, contractual and technical), negotiation, leading pre-let meetings, compilation and placing of orders for sub-contract and major materials. Heavy involvement with the Estimating function on two stage procurement.Responsibility for the production and presentation of Package Tender Recommendation Reports for stakeholder and client approval.Support of LO'R strategic and operational procurement strategy to ensure agreed levels of spend are via the Supply Chain.Responsibility for engaging and managing a national Raised Access Floor and Internal Composite Panels Supplier Agreement, spend approx £7M/annum, from Request for Proposal to analysis and selection, including a volumetric retrospective rebate supporting group business strategies.Management of PSA trades, as above, including relationship management, service level measurement, monthly spend reporting, KPI measurement, problem escalation and review meetings. Stakeholder/Client/Management identification, analysis, integration and management.Responsibility for Sub-Contractor performance rating via the use of an internal procurement electronic tool.Responsibility for the Procurement Core Process role out to Crown House Technologies.Extensive knowledge of E-Procurement function through the use of A-Site collaboration portal.
