Since entering the world of finance and accounting, I have found new enjoyment in the work that I undertake and have thoroughly relished the challenges presented. Achievements:2022-2024 Developing and implementing systems and procedures in both the Income Audit and Accounts Payable departments adopted by the teams for more efficient running and monitoring of the tasks undertaken by the departments2021-2022 Consolidating the accounts of Fiolean Ltd balancing the tax returns and bank accounts2019-2020 Achieving successful results in standards verifier visits which included re-establishing ‘direct claim status’ from awarding body NCFE2019-2020 Led the logistics team supporting over 120 Job Centre Clients back into employment through the Department of Work and Pensions ‘Welfare to Work’ scheme, an increase on previous years despite the restrictions of the Covid19 lockdown.2020 Fully redesigning course materials for delivery of lessons through distance learning.2016-2020 Fully modernising the teaching materials and delivery approach for the logistics department including PowerPoint presentations, Virtual Learning Environment resources, industry standard schemes of work with lesson plans, and updating the learning environment.2016-2020 Creating a full student monitoring system for the logistics department which allowed for success tracking and progression rates, and is the basis for annual reports and strategic planning.2014-2017 Project managing and overseeing the modernisation of the I.T. equipment throughout Bowmansgreen School from Interactive White Boards, student laptops and software subscriptions, use and delivery.2015-1017 Creating a system for quick and easy monitoring of student behaviour which was introduced into seven other Hertfordshire schools by the time I left. Previously, teachers had to rely on lengthy processes using the school database system which impacted on their time and quality of service.2013 Project managing the creation of the Bowmansgreen School website to meet all of the educational and OFSTED requirements, whilst also providing a Virtual Learning Environment for the students and staff.Designing a system for a fair and balanced method of allotting commission pay which was introduced throughout the whole Petside company whilst I worked as a store manager.
