I have over ten years of experience in corporate governance and governance effectiveness.I have a foundation in civil engineering and spend the early part of my career working on roadway design and site engineering projects for both private and public sector clients. I am a registered professional engineer and have LEED AP accreditation.In the mid 80's I helped champion my firm's move to CAD, with an emphasis on how engineers could use these automation tools to more efficiently design their projects and improve client service. In the 90's as the Internet emerged, I led the firm's IT group, which helped the firm through the complete transformation to a networked PC environment. Today's IT team is leading the way to cloud-based tools to help once again transform the way we work to be more distributed, mobile and nimble. Starting in 2005, I helped transform our Marketing and Communications functions from a highly centralized operation to a distributed regional model. This group is now leading a complete refresh of VHB's brand, including new guidance on voice, visual and behaviors that shape VHB's reputation in the market. Show less
