•Provided daily oversight to the force protection mission and identification of insider threats to US overseas operations in a combat environment •Led an insider threat protection effort managing and providing technical expertise to 80 military and contract personnel resulting in 220 percent increase in the identification of possible nefarious persons-of-interest•This effort was credited with preventing attacks on US/Coalition personnel and I was awarded a Defense Meritorious Service Medal for my leadership•Provided briefings to senior decision makers regarding national policy•Managed highly flexible intelligence teams providing crisis management •Mentored junior officers and enlisted personnel to assist them in career development•As a Subject Matter Expert in Personnel and Industrial Security I was frequently sought out to provide guidance on specific matters of concern to military operations
