At the time, the executive team at Amazon Florida was looking for a strategic and grounded Senior-Level Operations Executive to not only to steer its large-scale operations department to unprecedented heights, but also an industry-savvy leader who could leverage expertise across every other aspect of the business. I started my tenure with amazon as an Operations Manager at the Fulfillment Center, and due to my diligent work ethic and result delivering nature, I was promoted to oversee larger scope of Operations.
