Manages all operational, administrative and life support functions and activities at the designated site. Directs the accomplishment of site-specific program goals and monitors and reports their achievement. Manages an operating budget of approximately $20M, manpower, resources and facilities in performance of contract responsibilities. Responsible for and adheres to all aspects of current ISO 9001 standards.Supervises all contract activities and serves as the principal representative for DynCorp International in all matters pertaining to the contract in the UAE. Activities include the functions of personnel and finance; training; support services; vehicle and fuels related maintenance; supply and inventory management; freight traffic management; equipment major repair and maintenance (to include HVAC, Fabrication, and Munitions); facilities maintenance; and catering services.Responsible for the effective operation and integration of a Category II USAF Standard Base Supply System and other Management Information Systems. Performs overall planning, coordinates the efforts of detailed planning and continually measures and analyzes progress.Provides for sufficient and viable contract performance through effective leadership of the site, to include compliance with quality and safety/environmental standards. Meets or exceeds all performance requirements.Provides the leadership necessary to effectively form and manage quality teams. Is able to respond rapidly and sufficiently to changing requirements, unexpected contingencies and other challenging situations.Provides for the welfare of the personnel and the enhancement of the contract, to include optimizing the balance between resources of manpower, equipment, time, materials and money.Responsible for keeping the Company, Corporate Management, and interested US Government personnel appraised on current status of operations and maintenance and any other special interest items.
