Joined Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBRE) in 1982 in lower Manhattan as an office leasing broker. Became Sales Manager in 1987. Relocated to midtown office and then transferred to the Hackensack, NJ office in 1990. Joined Grubb & Ellis Company in 1998 and then Lincoln Property Company in 2012.Represented a host of corporations and real estate owners over the successful course of career. Notably represented Dean Witter Reynolds on a 325,000 SF office lease at the World Trade Center in Manhattan, as well as 30 leases across the country for them, the 115,000 SF lease to Biovail on behalf of Sunbelt Management in Bridgewater, NJ and the 155,000 SF lease assignment to MetLife on behalf of Tyco in Morristown, NJ.
