Eisenstein Flaherty and Associates has grown on several fronts over the first three years . We are now the proud owners of our first nursing home and senior living campus -The Terraces in Orleans MA . We have also launched a new reorganization of our company to adapt to the rapidly changing needs of our industry. We continue to hire experienced Directors of Nursing and Administrators providing interim and permanent placements throughout MA and beyond as well as providing mock DPH and EOEA surveys and general management consulting to both the LTC and AL market.During this period of remote work we adapted our services to provide remote capability through zoom and our own webinars and conference lines on a daily basis with all our clients. At every step in this new venture I have found my niche in combining strong clinical skills and very strong people and management skills . As we ramp up our management/operations company I find it is reassuring to investors to know that our Principals are also in the weeds operators .In addition to starting my own consulting and management business I am also an adjunct instructor at Fisher College Brockton Hospital School of Nursing for a variety of health care and social science courses and I am very involved in community service as a member of our local Rotary and member of the Plymouth Finance and Advisory Board. In our spare time, my wife Maureen and I enjoy spin classes , hiking , biking , and traveling to visit our daughter Arielle in CA and son Zach in Brooklyn.
