Ellenton (Ellenton Branch)

• Was asked by Area Manager to serve as the SunTrust teammate liaison at the newly acquired Huntington Bank of Florida to facilitate implementation of SunTrust policies and procedures.• In this role, served as the key rep Huntington teammates rely upon to answer questions and clarify SunTrust policies and procedures.• Provided extensive training to Huntington teammates during migration phase.

Bradenton (Cortez Road Branch)

• Was promoted to Lead Teller at our Cortez Road location. Responsible for managing the teller line and was held responsible for the actions of my team.• Required to make sure that losses due to fraud and out-of-balances were at a minimal. Responsible for coaching and training the teller line to make them a stronger teammate and prepare them for promotions. • Responsible for making sure the ATM machine was balanced on a weekly basis and contained enough money during the week so it would not inconvenience out clients/non-clients.

Bradenton (Cortez Branch)
