• Promoted to ROM Administrator Level 1 (Operations) then to a ROM Administrator Level 2.

• Was asked by Area Manager to serve as the SunTrust teammate liaison at the newly acquired Huntington Bank of Florida to facilitate implementation of SunTrust policies and procedures.
• In this role, served as the key rep Huntington teammates rely upon to answer questions and clarify SunTrust policies and procedures.
• Provided extensive training to Huntington teammates during migration phase.

Longboat Key (Longboat Key branch)

• Responsible for management and setting of goals for the branch.
• Assigned sales goals to the team and held them accountable to meet these goals.
• Participated in weekly sales calls with the Area Manager to review results and an action plan to reach assigned goals.
• Responsible for interviewing and hiring potential candidates for open positions for my branch.

Sarasota (Gulf Gate branch)

• Assisted clients with new accounts, cross-selling additional products, when possible.
• Assisted on the teller line when staffing required it.
• Responsible for meeting/exceeding my sales goals and discuss our results during our weekly branch sales meeting.
• Responsible for on-the-job training new teammates on the policies/procedures of opening new accounts and loans before they went to classroom training.

Sarasota (Meadows Branch)

• Promoted to FSR/Teller
• Responsible for processing clients transaction on the teller line and making my sales goals as a Financial Service Representative. Would need to make outbound calls to generate sales, open up new accounts and service.

Bradenton (Cortez Road branch)

• Was promoted to Lead Teller at our Cortez Road location. Responsible for managing the teller line and was held responsible for the actions of my team.
• Required to make sure that losses due to fraud and out-of-balances were at a minimal. Responsible for coaching and training the teller line to make them a stronger teammate and prepare them for promotions.
• Responsible for making sure the ATM machine was balanced on a weekly basis and contained enough money during the week so it would not inconvenience out clients/non-clients.

Bradenton (Cortez Branch)

• Helped open the branch at its new location at Cortez Road and 43rd Street West.
• Responsible for processing clients deposit/withdraw transactions with accuracy and in a timely manner.
• Also responsible for referring clients for additional bank products.

Bradenton And Sarasota

• Traveled to multiple SunTrust branches in Manatee/Sarasota counties to provide additional customer service support, as needed, primarily within the teller line.
