Our teams have experience providing solutions for government agencies, commercial entities, and associations. Also, I navigated the company to obtain government contracting credentials such as Certified Small Business, HUBZone status and other credentials.Also Founded the AboutWeb Cares Division at AboutWeb which was a program to help create jobs in impoverished communities by hiring workers from these communities and providing jobs and training in technology and other areas to help elevate their long-term future income potential and create better lives for themselves and their families. The company was acquired in March of 2020.

Coach for youth sports for over 12 years in multiple sports including: RBBA Rockville Baseball, BCC Baseball, KOA Flag Football, Kidball Baseball, Kidball Flag Football, Kidball Basketball, Montgomery County Boys Rising Stars Basketball, Kadima Basketball, Montgomery County Recreation Boys and Girls Basketball, Youth Boys & Girls Soccer and Middle School Softball.My coaching philosophy is fairly simple. First, I want all my players to have fun and to develop a love of the sport they are playing. Secondly, I want to make sure they play in a safe environment for everyone involved. Third, I stress the positive in everything that we do and make every effort to build the self-esteem of each player while giving each kid the attention they need to improve. Fourth, I believe every kid deserves a chance if they are working hard in practice. To enhance team unity and reward for hard work, I ensure that every player gets a chance to participate with some playing time in each game. Lastly, I try to teach the basic fundamentals of each sport I am coaching and reinforce some simple life skills to these young players to the best of my ability. As I strive to accomplish these goals, I do my best to be a positive role model each time we are on the field. I like my teams to have fun but also win. Along the way, my teams have won 15 championships and had 8 Runner Ups/2nd place finishes. As a Certified Interscholastic Coach, the most important part of coaching for me is to make sure that the kids have a positive childhood memory from my team and also develop strong skill fundamentals, learn leadership, teamwork, develop a strong work ethic, focus on good morals and understand the importance of getting a good education in school since the percentage of athletes that make the professional level is very rare.

Co-Founded the largest Accounting/Finance Specialty Job Board Network in the USA. At its peak over 2000+ associations and accounting/finance specialty sites were part of this vast network. The company was acquired by a large private equity firm in 2005.

Co-Founded a growing Entertainment Company primarily focused on providing DJ Disc Jockey Services for Corporate Events, Private Parties, Weddings, Mitzvahs and School dances. Company was sold in 1984.

Started as entry level intern and grew to become head intern in charge of coordinating activities of new interns, responding to constituent needs, organizing, attending and speaking at town hall meetings, attending committee hearings, assistance with office activities, briefing to senator and staff on key issues, researching issues of importance to Maryland constituents, assisting with re-election campaign of Paul Sarbanes in 1982. This Internship was part of the Montgomery County, Maryland Public Schools Executive Internship Program.
