In the systems engineering division I supported my team as a working student and wrote my diploma thesis on "Assessment of refrigerant leakage and its reduction in refrigeration systems for aircrafts" (Grade 1,3).Among my tasks were the following:- Analysis of typical leakage rates of components in refrigeration technology- Definition and construction of suitable experimental arrangements for leakage tests - Operation and calibration of helium leakage test equipment- Elaboration of a calculation model for conversion of leakage rates- Optimization proposals for future series devices

Among others my tasks are the creation and standardization of troubleshooting guides for various wafer cleaning tools. I worked very closely with process engineers and equipment engineers to properly map the necessary processes to bring the tools back in production.

In the field of Bid Engineering / Energy Performance I supported my team as a working student and wrote my bachelor thesis about the development and implementation of a simulation model for transmission losses (Grade 1,5).Among my tasks were the following:- Vehicle performance calculations with internal simulation software- Parameter and sensitivity studies of the influential values of vehicle performance- Introduction of new interns into the internal simulation software- Creation of evaluation routines in VBA / Excel and Matlab- Presentation of research results in an international context

As part of my studies, I completed a six-month internship at Mahle International GmbH in Stuttgart. Here, I supported the team in day-to-day operations and worked on several small projects independently.Among my tasks were the following:- Testing, measuring and evaluating material samples, valve controls, pistons, etc.- Creation of an evaluation routine in VBA / Excel- Construction of tools (CAD)- Contact with german and international suppliers and customers- Application of strain gauges to components

Within the scope of a project thesis and beyond, I worked as a student assistant in the Laboratory for Material Science of the University of Applied Science Stralsund.Among my tasks were the following:- Production of partially corroded magnesium wire samples for residual strength analysis- Independent planning, execution and documentation of tensile and compression tests- Evaluation of test results using Light microscope, scanning electron microscope and microsections
