Production Manager
CurrentManaging the day to day duties for the production crew and organizing incoming and outgoing orders to best meet deadlines.Oversight of individuals working on large scale orders to ensure worker safety and product quality. Each order takes in raw materials and converts them to usable coatings or patching materials which must then be packaged and prepared for shipment. Heavy machinery such as forklifts and large mixers must be maintained and constantly monitored for worker safety and best performance.Organization of the warehouse and all raw materials/stock. Maintaining proper levels of raw materials and placing orders for additional materials when running low.Constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency and always looking ahead to future orders in order to keep the production crew occupied with meaningful tasks.
