Monitor daily production to ensure target goals are met. Locate losses or gains in production and make necessary changes to solve problems and increase production. Schedule and supervise operations for drilling, completions, re-completions, work-overs and well stimulation. Designed and constructed stock tank facilities and secondary containment structures. Supervised drilling and completion operations of 120+ oil wells. Maintained functioning operation of 60+ water injection wells by performing mechanical integrity tests and making necessary repairs to ensure tests passed inspection.
