Cannon Consulting Engineers was founded in 2007 to provide specialist highways, transport and infrastructure planning advice to the development industry. In 2 years the business had grown to 12 staff based at offices in Newmarket and Beaconsfield. We've maintained this to the current day. We deal with wide ranging development projects in the Midlands, East of England, South East and London. Projects vary from major residential development schemes requiring support through early stages of the planning process to smaller projects that require focused advice to overcome highways access and flood risk issues. Our range of work covers most sectors of development including residential, commercial, leisure and healthcare projects. We are often involved with landowners and developers from the earliest stages of site identification and feasibility assessment leading to long term promotion through the planning system leading to planning permission and implementation.The partners in the business have a background in civil engineering but now focus on applying this knowledge to schemes being promoted through the planning process.
