  I maintain a constant vigil on my projects and tasks, to keep my customer's informed and satisfied. ( for example, I monitor all owned course development project check points and milestones deadlines; High Level Design content and due date, Development Plan, Courseware content and ongoing status, Conducting Teach Tests and roadmap maintenance.) I keep all levels of management informed of items that need to be addressed for future course updates by monitoring all owned course's Level 1, 2, and 3 measurements. I am a team player, I collaborate with management, lead instructor developer, team leads to analyze survey feedback and provide root cause and action plans as required.In addition to the IBM products I support, I also provide alliance contract field training support for TSA, TPM, OEM training needs (for example EMC, Copan, Data Link, Sun, Dell, HP, LLC etc). These projects are dependent of OEM alliance or contract activity. I review our contracts on SUN, HP, and LLC etc to ensure training resources being spent are the best effective allocation of funds. I'm a Global Project Leader for education education with overall responsibility for the total Lifecycle of education platforms. Teaming with Service Planning, PE/PFE, MTS GEO's and the emerging markets to assess unique needs & potential synergies and specialized training with a global vision of learning, sharing development skills, activities and coordinate development efforts that deploy education that meets today’s Global delivery plans in the mature markets and growth markets
