Retired fro Xerox.Group Manager/Quality Assurance Manager/Program Manager – Based on my successful years in sales,quality assurance, research and engineering, product development and processes improvement implementation with Xerox, Mitsubishi Chemical /Mitsubishi Kakagu Imaging Corporation and with Delacamp Imaging, assisted in the development and implementation of superior products that met the stringent customer requirements of the domestic and international markets. Also, developed and maintained customer/business relationships in the World-wide marketplace. In addition to the above, at Mitsubishi provided and taught 6-sigma and problem solving techniques from brainstorming techniques to how to construct and build and implement an Ishikawa (fishbone) diagram followed up with the 6 step problem solving wheel.
