Primary responsibility is the servicing of our customer base for the Shanklin brand equipment by telephone and e-mail. My 10 years of experience in the final assembly of the Shanklin brand protective packaging machines has been invaluable in the servicing of our customers.Experienced in current lines of equipment as well as discontinued shrink wrap machines that were assemble at our facility.

My responsibilities during final assembly included but were not limited to;assembly of components used in the final assembly of protective packaging machines. Final assembly and operational check of many models of machines both active and discontinued models.Trouble shooting of issues both mechanical and electrical that arose during the assembly and final check out of the machine prior to departure.
