Inventory Coordinator
Current• Reconciling and entering data into customers system of record and the WM System.• Analyzing data and transactions for root cause analysis using Excel 365 spreadsheets.• Performing daily cycle counts to maintain and compile data for managements monthly report to customer.• Monitoring of zero picks and reporting daily findings to department supervisor.• Investigation of any/all shrinkage of inventory and advising the departmental manager.• Supporting the inventory control team with resolving Issue Tracker errors and stock adjustments using WMS.• Working directly with TSPs to ensure deliveries have correct orders (no damaged and/or missing product).• Gatekeeping of incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy of orders (tracking shortages/overages and/or damages).• Training/coaching of associates to ensure knowledge of up-to-date best practices and use of programs/tech/MHE.• Working with minimal supervision and reporting to management using Outlook 365/in group setting/1 on 1.• Loading/unloading, lifting/moving and cycle counting using forklift/reach truck/ cherry picker MH equipment.• Performance of any additional duties required/assigned by management.
