I work closely and manage the agencies consulting team preparing environmental documents and supporting technical analyses in compliance with NEPA and the National Historic Preservation Act and other federal environmental laws and regulations. I take a very active role in writing several sections of the environmental documents and preparing technical reports and memorandums in support of the environmental documents. I collaborate with other Valley Metro divisions and member agency staff to resolve complex environmental issues/concerns during design. I have developed strong professional working relationships Valley Metro staff, City staff, State and Federal agencies.
