My experience in the industry ranges from Food Services and Hotel Services Management positions to General Services Manager at a number of different hospitals from Public to Private organisations. Through my leadership skills,mentoring skills, partnership approach and my knowledge of all Hospitality Support Services within the hospital environment he has been able to lead by example and develop positive partnerships with key stakeholders at each site. Strong conflict and change management skills have been developed while managing teams of up to 110 staff members.
